Orders
Submitting an order on this website is a request to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it with you by text, phone or email, including the final price and any delivery charge.
Prices
Prices are in Australian dollars. Where a price is shown as "TBC", we'll quote before confirming. Firewood is a natural product, and loads are measured and supplied in good faith.
Payment
We accept Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay online through Square.
Delivery
See our delivery policy. Please make sure we can safely reach the drop-off point.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect loss. Please use firewood safely and follow your heater manufacturer's instructions.
